What does this sign mean?

Only buses and cyclists may park during the times indicated.
Only cyclists and buses are allowed to use the lane during the times indicated.
Only buses, cyclists and taxis are allowed to use the lane outside the hours indicated.
Only buses, cyclists and taxis are allowed to use the lane ahead during the hours indicated.

Explantion: This sign tells you there is a with-flow near side bus lane ahead on the left ? that is, one where the buses move in the same direction as the traffic to their right. The information plate tells the times when the bus lane is in operation. Only buses, taxis and cyclists may use the bus lane during those hours.
