When may you pass another vehicle on the left-hand side?

When there is sufficient space to do so.
When the vehicle in front is signalling to turn right or in slow moving lanes of traffic.
A driver must never overtake on the left.
When a driver cannot pass on the right-hand side because of oncoming traffic.

Explantion: Normally you must overtake on the right. There are, however, circumstances where you may overtake on the left ? for example, when the vehicle has moved out and signalled to turn right.
