What should a driver do if dazzled by the lights of an oncoming vehicle?

Flash the oncoming vehicle and move to the left.
Look to the left-hand edge (nearside) of the roadway and slow down if necessary.
Accelerate to get out of range of light as quickly as possible.
Dazzle the oncoming vehicle with their own main beam and move to the right.

Explantion: If you are dazzled by the lights of oncoming traffic, turn your eyes to the left edge (nearside) of the road. If necessary, stop and allow your eyes to recover before driving on.
